Wealth FX has chosen Teamviewer to assist clients get the most mileage out of their one on one lessons.

Teamviewer allows your trainer to see your computer screen during the lessons. It is completely secure as you need to provide the trainer with a session id and password at the start of each session. The session id stays the same, but the password changes each time, keeping your computer safe from unauthorised access.

As a new client, you need to download the Teamviewer Quick Support module to your desktop. This software does not install on your computer, it simply sits on your desktop ready for access when your training is due. Your trainer will call you at the time of your lesson, and to make the connection, double click the Teamviewer icon and give the trainer your session id and password.

Once the session starts, your trainer will see your screen and you will be notified by a control panel on your screen. In this control panel click on Functions and select Voice over IP. Your trainer will do the same, and you can then hang up the phone and use your computer headset to communicate.
